With a combined experience spanning over 12 years in the field of mental health, Darren and Allison have dedicated their careers to helping over 10,000 clients navigate life’s challenges. Their extensive expertise covers a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including depression, PTSD, autism, and behavioral issues, as well as specialized support for relationships, anger management, and postpartum depression.

Darren Eddy is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing in Tulsa since 2011. His approach is grounded in genuine, active listening and providing practical steps for targeted outcomes. Darren specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and a variety of other mental health issues. His outside interests include gardening and activities with his kids, especially supporting those with special needs.
Allison Eddy has a wealth of experience in medical and community-based practice. She is skilled in addressing depression, self-harm, anxiety, and family dynamics. Currently pursuing certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Allison's counseling style is warm, accepting, and collaborative. Her approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, tailoring treatment plans to each client's unique needs.
